Meemoot Beach - Southwestern La Ronge Lake

All of these pictures were taken on the weekend of May 25, 2003 with the exception of the first Picture that was taken in 2004. Two ways to access this place, one by an old unmaintained road and the other way is by boat. Well worth the trip. We had a great time but two of our good friends got lost on the way Meemoot Beach and ended up spending the night in thier car stuck in mud in the middle of no where. The were SAPPOSED to turn on to the Meemoot Road but they kept on trucking and ended up getting lost on the other side of Wapawekka Lake (wrong lake guys). Darlene and Jackie, this page is for you. I promise you that I will get you to Meemoot Beach safely sometime this summer.
